Healthy Recipes Competitions

Participants competing teams from the 13 provinces of Saudi Arabia Judging guidelines will be created by a panel of local experts based on wholeness, creativity, plant content, taste, smell, presentation, glycemic effect, protein content, portion and size per person (serving Size), innovation, technique, prep time, ease of preparation, and costs. The divisions will include Plant-based breakfast, lunch, dinner, plant dominant traditional recipes, portion control, none wheat breads, no sugar sweets, healthy barbecue dishes, sea foods. Healthy olive oil use for cooking and frying. Rice and wheat alternative dishes.

The divisions will include

Plant-based breakfast, plant-based lunch, plant-based dinner, plant dominant traditional recipes, portion control, none wheat breads, no sugar sweets, healthy barbecue dishes, sea foods.
  1. 13 stations for main course (Main recipe Foul/ Shakshoka, Healthy Kabsa), (Neu-recipe)
  2. 13 stations for salads, and fruits (creative salads, and fruit salads, fruit sweets, and mixes), (salad meals)
  3. 13 stations of breads and baked goods (low carb, no added sugars/artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, preservatives, oils (except olive oil)
  4. 13 stations for healthy dessert (with no processed ingredients, low carb, no added sugars/artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, preservatives), (plant-based desserts)
  5. 13 stations for Buffet (plant based, low carbs, no processed ingredients, with balanced protein offering, plants and animals)
  6. 13 stations for healthy fast food (creative burgers, shawerma, pizza, healthy donuts, and fries
