is a faculty member in the Department of Public Health, College of Public Health, and Health informatics, at University of Ha’il. He holds a PhD in chemical and environmental toxicology from the University of Ottawa-Canada. Previously, he was the Director of the Clinical laboratory services at Royal clinics in period between 2012-2014. He has served on the advisory boards of several health-related committees, such as the environmental health committee in the Royal Clinics. As a public health department professor, he led investigations into environmental health problems such as, air pollution, and foodborne illness. He is teaching courses on insecticide toxicity and health, toxicology, epidemiology, biostatistics, community health, solid waste management and infectious disease at university of Ha’il-Saudi Arabia. Moreover, he is a program coordinator of occupational health and safety and has established an environmental health course textbook that is specific for Saudi Arabia. T
